Prince Albert II, several Monegasque associations involved in international solidarity joined forces under the name &#8220;Monaco Collectif Humanitaire&#8221; (MCH).<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this collective is to provide surgery in Monaco to children from developing countries whose cardiac -and sometimes orthopaedic- pathologies cannot be treated in their countries of origin.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2019 and in partnership with the Cha\u00eene de l&#8217;Espoir, the MCH has developed its action in 4 countries to operate on children at home when possible.
