Since the launch of the Project, the Government of Monaco has been committed to strengthening the skills of the medical staff as well as the resources of the hospitals in the countries from which the children come so that certain pathologies can be treated locally.

Thus, since 2019 and in partnership with the Chain of Hope, the MCH has been supporting operations in 4 countries:

• In Mali, with the Festoc center within the Mère-Enfant le Luxembourg hospital;
• In Madagascar, with the CENHOSOA military hospital;
• In Senegal, with the Cuomo center;
• In Burkina Faso, with the University Hospital of Tingandogo.
