Since 2019, in partnership with the Chaîne de l’Espoir, the Monaco Collectif Humanitaire (MCH) has been supporting operations in 4 partner countries: Mali, Madagascar, Senegal and Burkina Fao. The children are selected on the basis of their medical records and a social survey. Follow-up is ensured by local MCH correspondents.
